Guest house on Gillian Unit 4

I stood in the rain for 2 hours after my Uber had dropped me. The Key box didn't work. the owner was dropping my calls saying she is in a meeting. no apology. no communication.

NA - my sister was the occupant. Note: You might ask, why didn't she just leave & we ask for our money back; I would have. But my sister was tired. She was in Ballito to take care of me because I had a spinal operation and am in hospital. She said sheets were clean (although very worn and old), so she stayed.

Incredibly unclean. Unhygienic. Very "destressed" and worn linen & equipment. There was an old chicken bone in the fridge door, on her arrival. No maintenance. Broken towel rail. Broken toilet roll holder. Dirty walls. Dirty curtains. Damages curtains. Really needs work and under no circumstances would my sister eat there and certainly not cook with any of their equipment. She had to eat-out for all meals.

There were condoms in the bathroom bin left by I guess a previous guest, although the room was clean but there was a smell 9f Jeys fluid. The mattress was not comfortable and the TV did not work. Moving forward please check all appliances b4 checking 8n a new guest.
