Guest house on Gillian Unit 4

I definitely liked how clear the host was in terms of the check-in instructions as well as the overall communication. I also liked how friendly and helpful the staff was. The room was very clean and beautiful.

The location is good. I loved the neighbourhood.

The place was not clean at all. The pillows and towels are old and need to be changed.

they really need to look at the parking arrangments.

If they can add the ware drop or something to hung up the clothes it would be better,

There was easy and quick access when we arrived. I did enjoy the aircon.

The room was very unclean. we found lube under the bed and from the dust and dirt it was evident that it had not been cleaned under the bed for a long time. The Netflix account was over utilized and hence we could not watch on one of the evenings. Staff was not friendly, did not greet or even smile.
