Comfortable beds. Nicely decorated. Tea, coffee and milk available. We had 2 large cars parked on the driveway. Would recommend

House was perfect for a two night stay and a short taxi ride to Newmarket races. The house was decorated well, clean and tidy and had personal touches you wouldn't expect to find if you stayed in a hotel room. Would definitely stay again.

No bins in any of the bathrooms or bedrooms. Couple extra fans as the rooms were quite warm. Outside area needs a tidy up , which would make the house 10/10

This property had everything we needed. Good facilities, spotless, close to friends and shops in the area, lots of space for parking and good contact with the owner.

Everything, there was nothing more we could need it was perfect.

Garden was small and overgrown with weeds and the bins in the garden were quite smelly
