Buona posizione

Esperienza terribile, abbiamo prenotato l' intera casa x 5 persone, dalla prima sera dal piano di sopra all'altezza del bagno ( che si e allagato alla prima doccia ) gocciolava acqua al piano di sotto dove dormiva una persona, ho fatto presente il problema, hanno fatto delle foto senza risolvere il problema, la persona che dormiva dove gli gocciolava in testa é andato in un hotel lasciando la casa, ho chiesto di avere per lo meno uno sconto per le 2 notti rimanenti del posto letto mi hanno detto di no, per concludere ho trovato 2 scarafaggi in casa ( uno sono riuscito a firmarlo, e ho inviato il video al property) e la loro risposta ê stata se avessi voluto un insetticida.Adesso mi domando se Volete fare hospitality fatela in modo professionale e davanti a situazioni come quelle che ho trovato io, un po di umiltà sarebbe stata cosa gradita anche perché i soldi li avete presi tutti.
