"Dårlig kundebehandling"

Bestilte og betalte for en hytte. Da vi ankom, var alt lukket og låst. Forsøkte å ringe nummeret som var oppgitt i bekreftelsen, men kom bare til nr 4 i køen. Det samme hendte med et par som kom rett før oss. De var også nr 4 i køen.. Ikke bra. Vi måtte dra videre og fikk kvelden ødelagt!

Lokatie en ruimte in hut

Onduidelijke communicatie over toegewezen hut met sleutel, beddengoed en ontbijtzakkken. Nooit sms gehad met kluis nummer. Er was geen personeel aanwezig. Ook toegang slagboom heb ik voor moeten bellen. Uiteindelijk kregen we via telefoon en kluis sleutels toch een andere hut, maar daardoor beddengoed op moeten halen via bellen, kluisje en overloop hut. Uiteindelijk geen ontbijt gehad, omdat die in andere hut lag. Dat was jammer in verband met Moederdag en had beter verzorgd kunnen, zelfs moeten worden!
