Amed Cafe & Hotel Kebun Wayan

I had a "budget room" and it was perfect for me. I had a fabulous view of the sea from my bed and with nobody in the rooms either side of me, I had perfect privacy. The amazing pool was right by my room, and I could see the sea from it as well. They don't tidy the pool area very often so that could be improved. The breakfast selection was great, with a variety of breads and pastries, an egg station and cooked local selections. The tables are right at the beach. Evening meals are very good as well. You can snorkel straight from the beach here.

I had thought from the map that the rooms were beside the beach, but only the restaurant and spa are on that side of the road. The rooms are all up the hill across the road, which isn't a big problem but was a surprise. My room was up some substantial stairs so perhaps some people would struggle with that. There is a rooftop bar that plays quite loud music most nights but that gets quiet around 9pm so it didn't bother me at all.

We loved all about Amed Cafe! Great breakfast: both local and international choises. Great snorkeling on the house reef. Always free sunbeds available on the beach, big pool area above the rooftops. Super friendly and helpful staff, special thanks to RAPIANI in the reception! We will definitely come back, thanks to you!

Lots of stairs, but if you have good legs, it’s not a problem

The location is 100/10! It is on the beachfront, and the sunbeds are included in the price already. You can snorkel with turtles right from the shore, just need to rent snorkeling gear from the hotel, it is definitely worth it! The breakfast was tasty and had a lot of local food; the restaurant is also next to the ocean, so we had an amazing view during breakfast. It was not busy at all and very peaceful.

1. We did not have hot water in our room at all; it was warm, but not hot. We informed the staff about the problem, and they changed our room, but it was the same. 2. The room was pretty old, it was comfy, but the door would not close completely, and some of the furniture was outdated. 3. The towel we got once was just ripped..

Absolutely loved the staff, the restaurant was amazing (one of the best spots for eating on the beach), Amed was stunning and it had good facilities including a rooftop bar, two pools and a great spa.

Just a little dated and showing signs of wear and tear. Nothing major.

Personnel très agréable et disponible. Restaurant délicieux et bon rapport qualité/prix avec un petit déjeuné excellent. Transat de plage et serviettes à disposition. Emplacement idéal pour le snorkeling et proche des autres plages.

La chambre ne correspondait pas à la chambre initialement réservée. Pas d’eau chaude et peu de pression dans la douche. Les rideaux ne sont pas du tout occultant.
