Beautiful decor, really luxurious feeling, comfortable bed, great quality toiletries, nice shower, toilet in bathroom and downstairs. Well equipped kitchen, dishwasher, cutlery, crockery. Tea coffee provided. Excellent location for getting to North Yorkshire moors and further north, only 5min walk to stunning quiet beach, close to amenities, Sainsbury's local just around corner and fab Thai restaurant. Easy to walk to Saltburn by beach! Very peaceful vibe inside.

Situated on road so no views and some noise but still somehow felt relaxing inside, and good for parking, possibly converted church building as opposite church. May benefit from somewhere to hang coats and coat hooks on doors upstairs but this is minor.

The location was good with parking and easy access to shops and local facilities.

The people who run this facility are a nightmare to deal with... After booking on Booking.com, I then received a message to say I had to complete their rental agreement, and upload ID, by way of a passport or driving license. I recommend you read the rental agreement, which is utterly ridiculous. I wanted the convenience of a quick booking and 45 minutes later I am still dealing with paperwork before they'll confirm the booking. I've never ever experienced this on booking.com, and had they made clear their requirements, I'd have skipped past this booking. The place was clean, but there is a terrible smell of raw sewage in the bathroom, so I suspect an issue with the shower or sink waste. I notified them that the wifi wasn't working on the first day, we just got a 'wifi connected-No internet' message. I got a message for us to check that it was plugged in, and reset it etc, but of course we'd tried all that. Ultimately they did nothing, and we got a message from the property manager, saying they would, "inform the property manager of the fault." The next day we get a message saying that they hope we're enjoying our stay and if there's anything they can do to make our stay more comfortable... I'm thinking, well yes, you could deal with our complaint about the wifi.

Stayed here before. Location great for our work in Guisborough. Parking right outside of the front door. Had an issue which was sorted quickly and professionally
