Delicious Sunday lunch. Friendly staff, comfy bed. Great value for money.

Room above the bar was obviously noisy but good things made up for this.

Lovely night after a day at Stratford races. Staff are excellent and friendly. Food is excellent value. Great relaxed atmosphere and a very good bar.

Absolutely nothing

We booked the suite as it has a large bed and sofa bed, perfect for two friends catching up. Neither of us could fault the room, it was beautiful

Nothing. The pub was warm and welcoming, the staff were friendly and helpful. A mix of local drinkers and their dogs, groups out for dinner, dinner dates and friends catching up.

Location and relaxed atmosphere! Food was great and with the weather so good it was a pleasant back drop on our visit.

Very good location, fantastic food and the room and pub are very well decorated.

Rooms could do with better soundproofing since we could hear pub noise and even chatter from adjacent rooms.

Friendly staff. Great rooms with good bedding and super clean bathrooms. Quirky pub with rooms.

Lovely decor throughout. Room was comfy, spacious and clean. Especially loved the big bath in the bedroom! Food was delicious too.

Was a very luxurious and large room with a really excellent evening meal. The breakfast was very good but not quite as lovely as the evening meal.

The staff could have been a bit friendlier. They were helpful but a few more smiles, particularly on arrival, would have been welcome after a long day.
