Fantastic City location Can sleep 6 Parking

Location, size, car parking on site (necessary), ease to access.

Would be useful to have table lamps and not just Ceiling lights. Kitchen equipment a little dusty as though not used for sometime.

We loved the location with the balcony overlooking the the canal such a joy to relax and still have the comforts inside and especially with the secure underground parking space allocated to the apartment a peaceful mind knowing the car was safe we encountered a couple off problems when we first arrived trying to enter the property but with just a phone call the matter was sorted without a problem

The only downside was I think the previous people that had been there either had not reported the problem with the fridge as the bottom shelf was missing and the fridge was turned up to high with that the freezer compartment was full off ice and unable to store any food in it

Property was great, clean and perfect for the family. Great location and the secure car parking was really good.

The only 1 thing we would suggest is a curtain in the smaller bedroom as the blind wasn’t really sufficient for the children on the morning as the room was light very early. Only a minor issue though

I loved everything about my stay! It was everything I needed for my writing and researching in Chester and in the perfect location. Even was serenaded by a lovely nightingale one evening.

We got moved to another property with only a few days notice before our trip began, was told that they're was a major issue with this property but not sure if it was double booked on they're own website. Moved to a different property that I didn't feel was as good but same money was charged. The new property was not very clean we had to wipe sills and lots of dog hairs. The windows hadn't been cleaned and obviously been a do licking at them. I fell on an uneven path at entrance and outside light didn't work. The small bedroom upstairs when you shut door you couldn't get back out as it was jammed. The living room door wouldn't shut . The dust set of my son and daughters allergies so ended up cutting our special celebration holiday a day short. Very very disappointed was nothing like what we had paid a lot of money for.

Had an issue with both doors on arrival, could do with better instructions.
