El personal amable y las instalaciones buenas

Lo que me ofrecieron en efectivo para gastar en el hotel solo fueron descuentos en establecimientos fuera del hotel lo cual nunca use y fue lo peor para un gran gasto y fue una cosas por la decisión que tomar ese hotel

Kept clean, good food and drinks, good staff, great room and nice entertainment.

Beautiful resort...Staff outside of the front desk was amazing.

1. My entire room flooded in a matter of minutes due to the toilet overflowing rapidly, and it took over 45 minutes for anyone to come to our room after I called the front desk. 2.After being moved to another room, we could get the TV to turn off until we took the key out the door to power down electricity. 3. No elevators in the family building was difficult for me, along with it already being a long walk to even get to the building 4. The food was just ok, kind of bland, everything tasted the same...there was no flavor

Breakfast was horrible and lack options. I over heard other visitors complaining also.

The food , that was one of the main reasons I booked for RIU

Need more than grills going on throughout the day

Breakfast excellent. The jamaican food station was a hit for me choices was plenty..

With a one night stay there was nothing I did not like.

The towels smell molly, no toothpaste, no robe etc.....just flattttt

Hotel should offer more Jamaican breakfast

I fell and hurt myself in the dining room and no one as come to my aid

The mini bar.

The pillows were not supportive. It might be a Riu thing. The pillows at Riu Plaza panama were the same. They flatten too easily and don't keep their shape. Also. The floors were damp.
