Not very expensive/relatively good value for money. Lounge and kitchen area although basic was clean and bright. Nice large balcony, perfect for breakfast outside in the mornings.

Awful beds - super thin and cheap foam based mattresses. No sound proofing - can hear every single word of neighbors conversation in bedrooms. If they are awake at 3am, so are you. The apartment needs some work, a few cracks in the plaster on the walls + poor fittings/fixtures and quite bad decor taste - although subjective - it does feel very cheaply done. The host (or rather the system the host uses) keeps sending me messages via booking.com with all the links removed by booking.com. You'll need to contact the host over whats-app or phone to get the link required to fill out the online system to register your details, passport details, address, etc. Ended up checking into the Gloria Izario over the road for last 2 nights for decent sleep (heaven by comparison!)

The apartment was very well equipped and suited our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens). It was comfortable and the facilities within the apartment were great. The property is within an easy walk of restaurants, supermarkets and Playa Chica beach which has excellent snorkelling. The host's communication was excellent.

The location was a little noisy as it is on a busy road.

The property was in a small quiet complex with a lovely pool area that go the sun all day.

There were issues with mains water supply but we were supplied with bottled water and the staff kept us informed with the issues.

Great apartment, lovely views, sunset was lovely in the evenings, having the washing machine was a bonus and comfy beds lots of wardrobe space with 2 safes complex was lovely and well kept

Hoover didn't work , tried using it as there was crisps between the sofa cushions from previous renters , pool was freezing so didn't use it

The grey pillow cases were a cotton/polyester mixture which were uncomfortable and hot to sleep on, I used one of my t shirts to cover which made it bearable. I do think 100% cotton bed linen should be used.
