・MMC（バスターミナル）へのアクセスが良好な点。Ellaへ高速バスで向かうのに非常に便利な立地だった。 ・宿から徒歩10〜15分圏内に、飲食店が複数ある点。 ・到着前の確認からチェックアウト後のフォローまで、オーナーがWhatsAppで丁寧にやりとりをしてくれた点。

・部屋のエアコンが調整しづらかった点。 ・ドライヤーがなかった点。
