Cockroach hell and when we call owner for bedding he told us to just sleep on that dirty couches

Toilet paper holders broken off. Bathroom dirty aircon not working in bedroom just a shitty place

The place was very beautiful and clean, the host was very friendly and helpful, we had wifi and smart TV our stay was amazing.

I booked a last-minute stay while driving through Durban with my son, desperately needing a place to rest. In my exhausted state at 1 AM, I accidentally booked for the wrong date. To my surprise, the host answered my call within three rings—something I’ve never experienced before—and went out of his way to accommodate us without hesitation. The apartment was spotless and well-prepared, even though the booking was unexpected. Nothing was missing, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. It was exactly as described in the listing, but even more stunning in person. My son felt completely at ease, and I appreciated how child-friendly the space was. Everything we needed was provided, so I had no reason to bother the host further during our stay. On top of the beautiful apartment, the host's dedication to ensuring his guests are comfortable and well-cared-for is remarkable. Hats off to you for your outstanding service! Thank you for making us feel so at home. I’ll definitely be recommending you and your apartment to my family and friends!

There was absolutely nothing I didn’t like about the stay.

There was not much to like.

The apartment does not have what the description states on booking.com. There is only 1 king bed in the main bedroom and 2 sleeper couches. Aircon does not work, fans don't work and TV in bedroom has no plug.and there is no Sea View
