The location is just perfect, very close to the beach. View from balcony is amazing. It's was nice to have two bedrooms in addition to the living room / kitchen.

The shop is 15 min walking. since we didn't have the car, it was a bit of an annoyance to go shopping for water every couple of days.

The location and view were spectacular. The villa had everything we needed plus more - washing machines, large fridge freezer, Netflix, good internet, quality bedding and towels and hot water for showers. Liked that the owner wasn't intrusive and we were left to do our own thing, however was very amenable and pleasant when asked.

The bathroom was functional but could be updated, the shower could have a wall attachment but was powerful and always hot water. The balcony could have a parasol for the lovey sunshine in the mornings.

Very good location, very close to the beach with nice view. The sea water at the beach in front is not deep and is very warm. Right next to the property is a tavern on the beach with very good food at decent prices.

The beach in front is very noisy at night, people bathe and party until 2-3 in the morning, in one evening the police even came to stop a very noicy party. The apartment seems much smaller than it says on Booking (79 m2) and it doesn't look as good as in the pictures on Booking. The bathroom is very very small and old, with a very old door that makes a terrible noise when it opens and closes, the shower is tiny, with a curtain. The two bedrooms are very very small, one bed in one bedroom is broken, the air conditioner when it stops gives a terrible heat and heats up the bedroom after cooling it down. The living room is quite large but with parts furniture degraded. When we arrived we found the apartment very poorly cleaned and during the 10 days we stayed, they cleaned and changed the towels and sheets only once (after 6 days) and that's because we insisted several times. In the middle of our stay, the owner and his familly came and stayed in the apartment above us. They were very noisy, not caring at all about their customers. The owner is all full of himself, arrogant, with a total lack of respect for the customers. He started leaving us messages written on A4 sheets on the car, stuck on the door, to do that, not to do that, even if he could tell us directly if something was wrong, once we were staying in the same building. When we tried to talk to him directly to see what his problems are, he started raging and yelling at us with a very aggressive behavior. We paid them with a company credit card and so we asked them for an invoice, which they refused to give us. We have had many vacations in Greece and we can say that the Greeks are welcoming and kind hosts. However, this is not the case with this property.
