"Stunning apartment"

Everything it was stunning. Location. Modern comfortable living. Great welcome. Faultless communication from the owner Olivier and Vitalina who met us with the keys Spotlessly Clean. Everything you need is no more than a 100m walk Shops,restaurants,taxi rank, buses and even boat trips. The old town is traditional Spanish lots to explore. The photo of the Marina is from the apartment window

The location was perfect, overlooking the promenade and the marina. Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. Nice touches such as towels provided, coffee and a bottle of water and wine! Olivier was very helpful, provided information on the area and was there to meet us on arrival.

"We had a wonderful few days in an amazing apartment in an ideal location for the Esplanade, the old town and the beach."

The apartment was exceptionally clean, lovely and bright with an amazing view and superb location. The bedrooms situated at the back of the apartment were really quiet.

Absolutely 10/10 perfect experience. The apartment is in the best possible location within the city centre, close to the beach, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and is equipped with everything you need. Olivier, our host was super friendly and helpful. One of my best trips ever without a doubt!

"Exceptional"

Olivier was wonderful.. so friendly, helpful and accommodating. Location was perfect.... beach , restaurants, cafes, shops etc literally around the corner. Amazing view of the marina from the apartment.

No complaints whatsoever. Will certainly recommend it highly to my friends.

"Breathtaking view in the heart of Alicante"

We had a fantastic stay at this modern, very well-equipped flat in the heart of Alicante. The central location was perfect for exploring the city, Postiguet Beach, and the breathtaking view of the port and the iconic walkway of Passeig Esplanada d'Espanya made it also unique. Oliver, our host, was welcoming and helpful, providing great recommendations for authentic local spots. Communication was seamless, and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. We would love to return in the future.
