Exquisite 4 Beds Near EWR NYC

Le logement #1 est grand avec 3 bonnes chambres , lits et oreillers bien confortables , literie et serviettes propres et 2 salles de bain complètes donc très bien pour famille ou groupe . Grande cuisine avec table de bonne dimension . Bon salon avec grand divan ( pas celui de la photo ) .Parking extérieur gratuit sur le terrain de la maison . Mini market à côté de la maison bon dépanneur . New-York accessible en transport en commun autobus et train .

Le logement est vieux et pas très entretenu , les murs sont sales , les boiseries et bas de portes sont brisés et avec des tâches . Les salles de bains sont vieilles , la peinture se décolle au plafond . Fenêtres difficiles à ouvrir / fermer . Décorations brisées . Déchets jonchent le terrain extérieur . Manque de commodités ( Peu de vaisselle , peu de verres , pas de sel et poivre , peu de tasses, pas de couvertures supplémentaires ). Manque d’amour mais le potentiel est là.

Photos were exactly like the property. Yemi did a fantastic job of creating a cozy, stylish, inviting space. The beds were blissfully comfortable with many pillow options. Everything seems newly purchased and nicely done. LAYOUT: I was traveling with my two teens and meeting some friends for this event. The apartment allowed me to share the primary bedroom with two double beds with my two kids, and have a private bathroom, and my friends each had their own bedrooms and a shared bathroom. I could see this working out well for a lot of different types of groups. BATHROOMS: We were able to shower in both bathrooms simultaneously and never ran out of hot water. So important when there is a group that needs to get ready at the same time. The towels and linens were clean and soft, and the bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner and body wash in case you were out. HOST: Yemi was quick to reply when we had an issue with wifi, and popped by immediately when I checked in and asked for something. He is a gracious and kind host and wants to do an excellent job. LOCATION: It is located close to the Prudential Center, which is where our event was held (12 min by car, 18 by bus). I was able to take the bus on the first morning, quickly straight down Market Street and was dropped right at the center, it is only 4 stops away. I had a vehicle the rest of the trip and parked in the driveway, which was great. There are many bodegas nearby the rental but not well appointed if you need fresh foods, the best one was next to the laundromat, Golden Market. It had a food counter at back, and a few fresh fruits and veggies. Next door to the laundromat was also a small restaurant with rice and meats. There is a Whole Foods within walking distance from the Prudential Center. I went during breaks and it was great to find everything I needed.

The neighborhood was a bit noisy in the mornings (I travel with earplugs so it wasn't a big issue) and not comfortably walkable at night. Plan on ubers or your own vehicle. The washer was broken when we arrived due to the previous renter. Yemi offered to wash our clothes for us, but we opted to use the laundromat 4 blocks away on our free day before the event. I would have liked to wash a few uniforms mid-event as I didn't have enough, nor enough time to get them washed as I arrived back often after midnight and had to be back by 8 am.

The property was very spacious and clean

That is was on the 3rd floor and getting up the steps with 4 smalls kids was a hassle. But we managed with 3 adults

Property was lovely, even nicer than the photos. Really well equipped had everything we needed and more. Also lovely host really helpful during our stay. Would definitely come back next time.
