The jacuzzi and sauna were a wonderful addition to the property. Property is very central to all highlights in the city, and close to many bars and restaurants. Host was communicative and helpful, especially when there was a city-wide water interruption.

A recommendation for improvement could be the creation of a digital welcome pack which includes important information, especially about the use of the jacuzzi and sauna. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi turned on by itself on both nights, always at around 1am. On the second night we got drenched because the jet that turned on was very strong and shot upwards. We noticed that those specific jets needed to be closed manually to avoid this happening.

Pros: * easy to access * central location * spacious * amazing sauna * comfortable facilities * good value for money * huge flat screen tv and good surround sound * the bed was incredibly comfortable and I especially liked the lights under the bed frame

Cons: * I wouldn’t say it was filthy; but I didn’t feel like it was adequately cleaned. The jacuzzi had dead skin particles; the shower had old water splashes and they left the stick to check the jacuzzi on the side * I was COLD - I booked the place for the jacuzzi but it was too cold to enter. I tried heating the room with the air con and it didn’t work. After a while I called the host; although they were helpful they seemed irritated. They told me to press ‘turbo’ which worked * couldn’t work the hot water for the shower; I pressed the card as instructed but it didn’t work and felt I couldn’t call again. Would recommend writing instructions out. She said the building worked on centralised heating so if you get cold easily don’t book this property! I tend to be the warmest in my group of friends and FROZE. Sat in the sauna just to heat up. * picture has ‘Netflix’ but there wasn’t an account signed in; would remove photo as it’s misleading * noisy toilet

Very close to Aristotle Square ! A lot of stores, pharmacies around the area ! Parking spaces next to the property from municipality on the street, very easy to pay for and pretty cheap !
