HOLLY FIRST FLOOR 2 King Beds

Location.

It smelled like cat urine when we first got there a I called the property and they were able to get us an air purifier that helped. The bathroom soap dispenser and body wash dispenser were filled with dish soap. We were locked out of the property because the key pad lock was changed in the middle of our trip. The property was contacted multiple ways with no response. We were only able to enter by ringing door bells and getting a code from a neighbor. I called Booking, which was no help. I submitted photos and paperwork showing all our attempts to contact the property, including a video of the changed key pad and a request for reimbursement with no resolution. I am completely dissatisfied.

My 1st issue was the ignorant and extremely rude owner of the property I sent multiple email asking for a early check in with no response. My family and I were hitting the road early in the morning so I had to get confirmation before leaving. Well, I called at 9 p.m. because of no response to emails inquiring on an early check in.This guy was loud and ignorant as they come! A simpĺe question was answered with the call so I said no biggie but his tone was set at 10!!! We will still proceed to the property. Once we arrived the entry way was nasty to the interior of the building no biggie. But the smell of the weed outside and in our unit, the nasty bathroom, the place needs to refreshed with paint, replace those interior doors and the loud ass kids running over our head was enough to turn around and loose our money and find a comfortable place to stay! DON'T STAY HERE KEEP SCROLLING PAST THIS UNIT! The shower curtain was closed in the photos intentionally because the shower/tub is filthy. Hair on bathroom floor! Locked in and paid for this after securing and arriving! You will not be refunded your money its a SCAM!

There wasn't any running water and the owners did answer the first time we called but they did not call back, they didn't answer any other calls, and didn't text back. My husband was able to help us and tell us that maybe we have to turn the water on. So we were able to turn it on but it took a lot of work and effort. The bathroom was not cleaned so I had to clean the bathtub, the sink, and the toilet. Very frustrating to have to clean the bathroom and think you don't have running water when you are paying to stay there. The carpet in the bedrooms appeared dirty and the master bedroom had 2 containers of opened ant repellent gel. The AC did not cool the apartment off and the hallway to get the apartment was horrific. Very disappointing that we spent that much money to stay at a place that we had to clean, had to turn on our own water, the AC barely worked, owners didn't return phone calls and lied saying that there was a water main break. I would not recommend this stay.
