The sizing of the unit is decent. Host responded in a timely manner.

Noisy. The walls are very thin. You can hear everyone throughout the building without trying to listen. The floors are uneven. You hear can the people upstairs walking. It sounds like they are stumping. The refrigerator does not make ice. The washing machine is not the greatest. The parking lot is not ideal for larger cars and suvs. The parking spaces and driveway is very narrow. Street parking was limited due to the street being resurfaced. New blinds or curtains are needed for the bedrooms. Car’s light comes through the bedroom windows. I dislike being charged a “cleaning fee” yet you are given checkout cleaning instructions before departing.
