Cozy 2 BR house near Downtown

Wonderful place to stay! Comfortable, homey and spacious. Couple of fast food places and gas stations close by. Grocery store also super close.

Bathroom water pressure low. Tiles dated.

Great location. Clean. Private. Safe. Very easy in and out. Kitchen ,dining table, couch living room. Didn't spend much time there. 2 bedrooms large and comfy. Definitely will look to book again next year.

We’ve never rented a house through Booking.com so expected more amenities like a hotel. There was no hair dryer, tissues, shower soap or coffee . Had we known, we could have brought these items. There was a McDonalds within walking distance so we got coffee there. The host was very responsive to my texts. I was having trouble with my email account so had not received his instructions and the code for entry. We were only there for one night but it would he a great place for a longer stay if you wanted to cook a few meals. I would recommend getting a single cup coffee pot and having coffee pods for the first night stay. I would definitely rent there again. The house is decorated cute and was very clean. Beds were comfortable.

Location and value.

The property was clean and nice. The hosts were very attentive and kind. We had an issue figuring how to make the heat work in a rare Florida cold spell and the hosts answered right away! The location was great. It was close enough to drive to Flagler Museum, Worth Avenue, The Breakers etc. and a safe area without the large price tag. I highly highly recommend and will stay here again.

Needed a hew shower head, kitchen tap was broken, bathroom sink didn't drain.bathroomneeds a revamping.

5 minutes to Convention Center, 8 minutes to the beach, and spacious beds to rest throughout the busy work trip. The house is so well equipped and Luis was so kind to drop off iron and iron board for us. The communication was fast and smooth too. One of my best accommodation experiences on Booking.

No hair dryer, but it's alright. The shower was a bit weak, but stable and hot enough. If anything else, maybe thicker curtain to block out the lights would be recommended, in case you are light sensitive sleepers. I have my own blind fold, so it's really not a problem for me.
