Didn’t realise that breakfast wasn’t served so slightly awkward with a 7 & 8 year old Tea etc wasn’t refreshed on 2nd day

Forgot to produce room key on ordering food and therefore did not get 20% discount as guest. Just reminded should have shown key at time. At time not busy and bill given by same person that booked me in.
