The elevator is a nightmare, could never get in the hot tub due to it always being full of little kids.

Loved the place and where it was

Hated the elevators no air and we had to wait forever. The car garage was so small don't book a room close to the top

It was right on the beach, had a beautiful pool & hot tub with a restaurant and tiki bar, right next to pineapple Willy's, and was a quick drive from most things to do.

Having to drive up 9 floors to get to our parking spot was a little inconvenient but that cannot be helped. Other than that, it was nice!

Location was great! The hotel itself had everything you could want. Would definitely come back to this location. The room was perfect, love having a washer and dryer, all the appliances you could need.

The property requires you to spend an extra $85 on wristbands, you have to keep them on the entire time and they are super uncomfortable. To get into the parking lot, you have to put your wrist against the scanner and it’s rather difficult for a short person.

Nice pool and close to beach. For being so large it was easy to figure where you needed to go. The woman who gave us instructions at concierge desk had excellent public relations skills.

18th floor was too high. The umbrella and lounge rental wasn’t very fair. It stormed 2 of the3 days we rented. There were still a few hours left after the storm but umbrellas were not replaced.

The pool area and location was great.

Elevators were not enough for the size of the property and you could wait over 15 min. Sometimes to get on. breezeways could have been cleaner and the whole building needs some freshening up. Our condo had pictures off the wall and the walls were dirty and the cabinets had crumbs in them and we had to re wash any dishes we used that were in the cabinets . Rug in living room was filthy and the beds were all springs. Mold in the bathrooms.
