A good large livingroom to enjoy Christmas

The flat was not ready for renting. We were 5 people, trying to get in contact with the landlord to get help, but not possible. Towels were wet and we found 2 of them in a washingmachine. There were not enough chairs or cups and pots and pan dirty. The terraces were dirty and wet and the toiletseats broken, no bulb for bedlamps ( we bought some)

L’appartement est spacieux avec 2 belles terrasses. Petit déjeuner offert à l’arrivée. Quartier sympa.

Manque de luminosité. L’appartement est enclavé entre plusieurs immeubles. Un vis à vis important. L’appartement à valoriser en apportant un plus grand soin à l’entretien ( ménage, peinture écaillée...). Nuisance sonore nocturne.

Nothing at all – the experience was misleading ( advertised with “breakfast included” i did pay extra for breakfast — none was provided.,) stressful, and damaging for me and my family.” “Unfortunately, there was nothing to like. The booking was misrepresented and the way Booking.com handled my complaint was unacceptable.” The property failed to deliver the services promised, and Booking.com failed to protect us as customers.” Do not trust this property owner Hakim he repeatedly makes false and misleading statements about customers to cover his own failures. “There was absolutely nothing positive about this experience.” This apartment is 0 zero star. Anyone thinking to book Please avoid.

Owner Hakim repeatedly lies to cover his failures. I as a customer personally booked and paid for my own airport transfers through another company because the owner Hakim's quote was unreasonably high. No cleaner or domestic service was provided throughout our 7-night stay despite repeated requests, so any mess was entirely due to the owner Hakim's failure to maintain the property, not ours. Terrible stay — property misrepresented, owner lied repeatedly, and no support from Booking.com. Read reviews before you book. Booking.com ignored all evidences. Avoid at all costs. Nothing was as promised: no breakfast, poor service, housekeeping was poor, and constant harassment from the property owner Hakim. Booking.com not only ignored my complaint but also accused me, the paying customer, of misconduct. My family was left distressed and I now have to take legal action. Do not trust this property owner Hakim he repeatedly makes false and misleading statements about customers to cover his own failures. This apartment is 0 zero star. Anyone thinking to book Please avoid.

"Warning! Very unpleasant experience – we had to leave the apartment the same evening."

Please be careful when booking this property. We had a very bad experience and were forced to leave the same evening and find another place to stay. The apartment had a terrible smell coming from the bathrooms – it was unbearable and made it impossible to use them. The place looked nothing like the photos, and there was air conditioning only in one room, even though it was advertised differently. The doors couldn’t close properly and were not sealed. It was a lot of hair in the cabinet. When we contacted the owner and sent him pictures, he insisted everything was fine and accused us of making things up. He had messaged us the day before about the check-in procedure and mentioned we’d get extra towels for the pool. Upon arrival, we were greeted by apartment caretakers who stayed with us for another 40 minutes – that’s when we found out there was no pool at all. The owner was not on site and became very unpleasant in messages. First, he said the pool hadn’t existed for months. Then he said it was only for children. He demanded we send proof that the pool was mentioned on Booking.com – and after our conversation, he began removing those references from the listing. He offered us another property outside the city, but due to health reasons, daily travel wasn’t an option for us. We booked this place specifically because of the pool – which didn’t exist – and due to the unbearable smell, we had to leave. When we asked for a refund, the owner said it wasn’t his responsibility and told us to call the Booking.com helpline. He also claimed that for the price we paid, we wouldn’t find anything nice with a pool (we actually did). Booking.com gave us a very small compensation. The owner refused to refund the unused nights (we had 4 nights booked and left on the first night).
