could not uplead the photos to proove what I say, but happy to share som other way if needed - BIG ISSUE with the people in charge from "Sandy Powerful" agency : they seem to me like a massive disaster. I realised there are many other places in booking managed by the same Sandy owerful and they ALL have very BAD comments about them (check it out). - On the bright side : the person in the lobby: Jesus, was on the contrary lovely and helpful although it is not his job to arrange issues caused by the private company Sandy Powerful that has nothing to do with him. - The studio is located in a private property where all the units are identical for tourists. - The property itself is nice : the pool is very nice, there are a few chairs (if the place is full, no chance to get a chair), there is a yoga room, a laundry room (annoying that it one for 1 person at a time with a key and some people keep the key for the whole day - this policy should change), there is a sort of jacuzzi and even a king of hot igloo where ceremonies with chamans take place (reservation on-site). --> We discovered all of this by chance because the hosts did not bother to explain how it worked at all. When I asked for instructions they said : you will know when you get there. Terrible bad organisation. How difficult is it to prepare a message explaining this , since there is no one from the host company to welcome you. - The studio is ok, looks a lot like the photos but in real life it is not in sucha a good shape. - The cupboards are ok in the room - There are basic appliances in the kitchen - Cherry on the cake : the front door is broken (litteraly the aluminium parts are crooked and it is very hard to open and to close. - Of course the back door is broken too, it does not close so not safe at all. - location : car needed (unpaved road) , or taxi, many constructions around the place

- Terrible hosts - They did not even bother to send the exact adress / location, and with google maps and waze it is impossible to get there unless someone (go figure who) tells you the name of the property. I took me 2 horus to find the place thanks to the help of some local workers from other buildings of the same zone. - Of course there is no coverage to use the cell phone or the date to call the hosts : but in case case they o not answer to the messages even though they know they have guests coming (we had told our arriving time, they should have kept their messages to answer, it is the bare minimum of politeness and professionalism, which they do not know anything). - In the studio : the air conditionned is heavily leaking through the wall - Horrendous humidity smell - A lot of mosquitoes - The beautiful bath tub in the photos is useless : it is not correctly positionned and the lid to keep the water inside is broken. It would take hours to fill the tub. - In the inside private mini terrace/balcony where the tub is, they left some wooden peaces that mde it ugly and not safe since one of them fell on us while we were sitting in outside. - The wooden bed structure is falling appart, probably soem wood plague - The bathroom is in a bad shape : the shower looks and was dirty : yes it is dirt on top of some rust and limescale - The shower products they say they include, are super cheap honrrendous products mixed with water (hey are so cheap by doing this, and they claim it is a fancy place) - the bathroom furniture under the sink is in a pitiful disgusting state and smells like burned - The kitchen drawers are disgusting : a mix of food peaces they do not clean, and dead insects - If you think of cooking : there is only salt and pepper and some cheap vegetal oil (to be fair, they left some coffee and it was okay!)
