"Great location!"

Great location, and it was very easy to book! Legaspi Market was just across the street that weekend. And the unit was spacious enough for bonding time of 3 friends.

Just that the top bunk was too near the ceiling. Hit my head a few times. Haha!

"Nice and cheap place to stay in one of the best neighborhoods of Manila."

The building is nice and has pool/gym. It is in a really nice and peaceful neighborhood in Manila and has anything you may need around -commodity store, laundry, cafeteria, etc. The room has also a very nice TV and AC.

The room is just tiny and the shower is old. There is a tiny wardrobe and no views.

Best location, beautiful park and accessible to a variety of cafes and restaurants.Safe environment. Convenient stores and friendly staff and Host Mr.Herbert very responsive to any inquiry or needs.Security guard very attentive and helpful. Bonus washing machine even if it's an old model and helpful.

Bedsheets do not show the same when you book at booking.com Bedsheets are crumpled and the shower area needs a good clean.

Best location, accessible to restaurants, cafe, beautiful park, safe environment. Bonus washing machine if you stay longer even if it's an old model and helpful.Netflix and Wifi good.

I don't like that the bedding doesn't show the same in booking.com. The bedding I have here is too colorful and not good and crumple.The shower area needs a good clean.
