Nice and clean apartment

Was asked to send 100€ deposit on revolut, which was returned after stay. Hot water was set up at minimum, so in the evening was not enough hot water.

Ubytovanie môžeme len odporučiť! Boli sme veľmi spokojní – všetko zodpovedalo popisu, čistota aj vybavenie boli na výbornej úrovni. Komunikácia s vlastníkom prebiehala bez problémov, odpovedal promptne a ochotne. Vyskytol sa drobný problém, no bol vyriešený rýchlo a hladko, za čo veľmi ďakujeme. Určite by sme sa sem radi vrátili.

Very nice, quiet neighborhood! Parking is free and plenty! No mosquitos! We also loved the decor of the apartment! The old town is walking distance so we didn't need to ride our car! WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED BY BANSKA BYSTRICA/Bezstercebánya: beautiful 14-15th century historic churches and the famous town square with its elegant 19th c. town houses, restaurants and cafés.

A toaster and a box of tissues/kitchen paper towel would have been nice :-) Everything else was great!

Dirty kitchen

Very nice clean and comfortable beds.

Not enough chairs and just a small dining table. Only 3 towels. The toilet door was faulty and couldn’t close at all. There were no fans and it was very warm at night. No way to cool or ventilate the bedrooms

Safe is easy to find. Instructions are precise. The apartment was big and new, comfortable for 4 person. Bathroom and kitchen were comfortable, so as the bedrooms. Host provided slippers, coffeecapsels, Nespresso coffeemachine, and waschmachine capsels-we found very-very kind. Bedlinen/towels were clean and fresh. They provided showergel and shampoo also-comfortable. Parkplace was super-in front of the house-free, and the city center you can reach easily, u go down on the stairs behind the building and just go straight ahead through the park and the upcoming street will bring you till the Virgin Mary Church. There you will find all the important things to visit. Wifi was super!

By check in we found dirty dishes in the dishwasher, the machine was probably wrong, but they could be washed with hands. Owen was oiled, microwave was with remained food (some meat breadcrumbs) from previous guests, and dust was not cleaned properly. Toilet door was opening a bit hard, like felling off when you open from inside, was a missing small towel from the toilet. In the bathroom (would be great a floor towel and we found some hair after shaver in the wardrobe. Bathroom sink was blocked the water hardly ran down. We were 4 people but could not sit down together for breakfast, because were only 2 chairs with a small diningtable. The bed would not be so necessary in the corner of the living room, maybe a table for minimum 4 pax would be greater instead.
