Riad Amelia : Lalla Nora Room

The location; it was in the heart of the medina, but it was easy to get there. The room was massive, the bed was very comfy.

The shower didn't work properly

The people who care for this Riad are wonderful. The building is incredibly beautiful. The location puts you in the middle of the Medina, and is a very exciting place to be.

Nothing

Everything was great, we had a great time and the staff makes you feel at home. Thank you all for making our stay so wonderful, we'd come back everytime!

Excellent location, very friendly staff.

The rooms were decent and provided the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. While nothing extraordinary, they were clean and adequately maintained. I had no major complaints about the accommodation itself. The breakfast offered was definitely a highlight. The food was tasty and satisfying, providing a good start to the day. Despite the language barrier, the staff were welcoming and tried their best to assist me. It was clear that they genuinely wanted to provide good service.

Unfortunately, my experience with took a disappointing turn when an emergency situation forced me to leave early. I requested a refund for the night I couldn't stay (I want to mention they were not obligated to refund me), and the staff agreed to it. However, despite multiple reminders, the refund was never processed. This lack of follow-through left me dissatisfied with the overall customer service. The location is situated in the middle of the medina, was not particularly pleasant. The surrounding area was dirty and gave off a sketchy vibe.
