It was a stunning property which accommodated our big group of people. The host was very polite and friendly and was very easy to reach. Would absolutely recommend!

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Wir waren zu 10. es gab ausreichend Platz für alle. Besonders unter dem Pavillon konnte man schöne Stunden verbringen, und es gab trotzdem Orte um sich zurückzuziehen. Nick war super freundlich und er kam jeden Morgen um die Anlage in den Pool zu säubern. Es gab ausreichend Kühlschränke, der Grill draußen war phantastisch und es gab sogar einen basketballkorb.

Die Küchen waren nur sehr gering ausgestattet, was Besteck, Töpfe etc. Angeht. Das Haus ist ein wenig hellhörig.

The pool and general facilities were absolutely excellent. We had no problem catering for 7 a few times during our stay. The location was absolutely excellent if you have a rental car and plan on exploring the island a little as you don't have to spend ages getting out of one of the towns. Plenty of parking if you have a large group as well. Can't say I normally specify a basketball court when booking, but it was a lot of fun with the group. Finally, the owner was fantastic, there was a small issue with the Aircon in one room on day 1, but it was resolved before we got back from our day trip the next day!!

This is personal preference and not unanimous across the group, but the beds were a little firm. Also, the downstairs ensuite that overlooks the car port could do with some blinds so you can shower a bit more comfortably with people wandering about outside. But honestly, that's nitpicking a bit for a fantastic property!

We recently stayed here for a week-long getaway with 13 friends, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, the villa looked amazing! The villa comfortably accommodated all 13 of us, with plenty of room to spread out and relax. The bedrooms were spacious. The common areas were perfect for group activities, with 2 large living rooms, and 2 fully equipped kitchens, and several dining areas both indoors and outdoors. One of the highlights of our stay was the outdoor space. The private pool was a hit with everyone, offering a refreshing escape from the summer heat. We spent many afternoons lounging by the pool, enjoying the sun, and having fun in the water. The garden and patio areas were beautifully maintained, providing a tranquil setting for evening barbecues. The location of the villa was perfect for us, it was a 10/15 min drive to all the good locations/beaches. A special mention must go to Nikos, who was incredibly attentive and accommodating. He ensured we had everything we needed and were always available to assist with any requests or questions. Overall, our stay was unforgettable. The combination of luxurious accommodations, beautiful surroundings, and excellent service made it a perfect getaway for our group. We can't wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable vacation spot.

We had an amazing stay at the villa, the owner Nikos is amazing, very accommodating. The villa has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, amazing pool and is perfect for group holidays. Nothing negative to say, everything was exceptional. If we ever go back in Zakynthos we would definitely choose this villa again! Outstanding, highly recommend ❤️
