Great location

Very basic, no hand soap or bath mat, bedroom and bathroom were not clean (cobwebs, hairs, flies everywhere). Wardrobe didn’t open, dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when we arrived. After agreeing with the host we would check in at 3pm, and he asked us to call him at 3, he did not pick up for 40 minutes as we waited outside the property.

La pulizia unica pecca… purtroppo

La ubicación excelente y el departamento muy lindo y moderno! La cama, el sillón y la ducha muy cómodos.

Estaba sucia, había muchos pelos en el piso, y polvo sobre las cosas y algunos lugares! La cortina de la ventana del baño se trasparentaba y tuvimos que colgar una toalla para que no se vea! En la cocina no había ningún trapo para limpiar o secar! El wifi no andaba para nada bien!

Struttura centralissima, a pochi passi dall’Arena e da Piazza delle Erbe. Spazi adeguati e arredamento moderno. È presente lavastoviglie.

Ambiente non illuminato, non funzionava la luce delle scale esterne e davanti la porta d’ingresso e una volta dentro non c’era subito un interruttore per accendere le luci dell’appartamento. Ambiente sporco, piano cottura unto e con gli aloni di una tentata pulizia molto ben visibili, tavolo da pranzo uguale. Polvere praticamente ovunque, comodini, testata del letto, termosifoni (termoarredo), sanitari. Doccia senza tappetino e con muffa evidente sulla guarnizione della porta e fughe sporche. Connessione Internet praticamente assente, all’arrivo l’host ci ha detto che c’erano problemi con il Wi-Fi e ci ha fornito un’alternativa con una specie di “piccolo modem” che dovevamo caricare e accendere noi ma praticamente non ha mai funzionato e la connessione dei cellulari era scarsa. La struttura ha grandi potenzialità, ma vanno migliorate delle cose.

La posizione centrale

La struttura è bella anche se completamente buia. Il problema è stato trovare sporcizia e polvere ovunque. Il fondo è stato toccato quando aprendo il letto la sera ci siamo resi conto che le lenzuola erano macchiate e il materasso addirittura sporco di sangue, per non parlare della quantità di peli presenti sopra di esso. Insomma da vomito. La sensazione è stata quella di una casa dove si è percepita la presenza di qualcun altro prima di noi, il che non dovrebbe mai avvenire. Ho effettivamente il dubbio che siano state fatte delle pulizie serie tra un ospite e l altro, anche perché ho trovato sul comodino una tazza con dell’acqua e per terra quello che sembrava essere una mezza busta di quello che poteva sembrare un profilattico oltre ad un braccialetto di quelli fluorescenti che di solito si usano in discoteca e un asciugamano da bidet già appeso in bagno. Insomma la sensazione era tutt altro che di pulito e igienizzato con cura! In più la struttura si chiama Wi-Fi e Smart tv, peccato che al mio arrivo la tv non funzionava e il Wi-Fi è inesistente, c è una chiavetta che dovrebbe funzionare ma che in realtà non lo fa o perlomeno non lo fa come dovrebbe essere auspicabile. Non consiglierei questa struttura a nessuno

Era un poco oscuro y si bien la ventana del baño tenía cortina, esta daba al espacio común del edificio, el wc estaba al lado de la ventana y no tenía tanta privacidad. Es un poco más caro que el resto de los alojamientos que tuve en Italia

The location of the apartment is really great, right in the historic center of Verona, so you can easily return for a short break while exploring the city. Beside this fact we don’t recommend this apartment.

Cleanliness:
The apartment was in very poor condition upon arrival. There was hair all over the floors, furniture, bathroom, and kitchen surfaces. It seemed as if no cleaning had been done after the previous guests. The kitchen was extremely dirty: greasy countertop, brown drain, and dirty dishes in the cupboards. The dishwasher was full of old, smelly dishes, which we had to clean ourselves before being able to cook or eat. There was even leftover food and trash in the cupboards. In the bathroom, the sink, mirror, and shower were unclean, and the seals and joints were heavily covered with mold, reaching up the shower glass. There was a first aid kit, but it was completely moldy.
In the flower box outside, there were cigarette butts and joints, and it seemed like smoking had taken place inside the apartment.
Since the host was not in Verona on our arrival day, we had to clean several things ourselves just to make the apartment usable. Facilities & Comfort:
The Wi-Fi did not work at all, and mobile reception inside the apartment was extremely poor. We had to step outside on the street to use our phones, which also meant the smart TV was not functional.
The bed had a very deep sag in the middle, making it impossible to sleep without rolling together in the dip.
We had read in advance about the low ceilings and limited daylight, so this was not an issue for us.
However, there was no bath mat and only one towel. Host:
We contacted Marco immediately after our arrival to report the condition of the apartment. He was not in Verona and could only come the next day around 3 pm. He briefly cleaned the bathroom with bleach for about 15 minutes, but everything else remained in the same condition. When we reached out again, he was very dismissive and not understanding of the problems. After that, it was very difficult to get in touch with him. To this day, we have not received even a partial refund.
