It was very warm inside when the outside temp was extremely cold. Good facilities for recycling. High quality bed linen and towels plenty of hot water and good pressure. A welcome gift rtds was a nice touch and much appreciated

Not practical because the bedrooms were all open plan . There were no curtains in the bedrooms which made us all feel rather exposed. The kitchen shelf with all the cups and glasses was too high for any of us girls to reach. No locks on the toilet or bathrooms and the lighting was very dim in bathrooms . (We would have liked to have seen some sort of compost facility too)

The Earth House is gorgeous, with everything we needed for our three night stay. I wish we had longer to be there and relax and enjoy the spectacular views. It was very comfortable for our family of five.

I didn’t realise how far from Queenstown it was. This was not an issue at all for us, as we had a hire car, and enjoyed being away from the busyness.

"Stunning views, warm modern house."

Beautiful views and a nice escape from the hustle and bustle of Queenstown, we were working remotely here for a few days so the big table was great and it was nice to have some extra room. The projector was a nice touch instead of having a TV. Super comfy bed and the shower is amazing. Super close and easy to the airport so great for an early flight.

Being super nit-picky here but a few cleaning bits were missed e.g dirty dishes in the drawers, toothpaste splatters behind the bathroom sink. The smoke alarm was easily set off by steam in the shower (fan was on and window open, door shut) makes for a mad naked dash out to try and stop it haha, the chimney was very squeaky and loud in the wind (we were there on a super windy day).
