PHGood breakfast and very near Calle Crisologo
No hot water and washroom can be improved
PHThe staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and genuinely hospitable throughout our stay. The room, though small, was comfortable and had a charming Vigan heritage feel with modern touches like a good AC, smart TV, and decent Wi-Fi. The included breakfast was satisfying, and overall the place had a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
There were several issues that affected comfort, including mosquitoes in the room, lack of curtains which made it too bright in the morning, and poor soundproofing where noise from other rooms was very noticeable. The shared bathroom was not well-maintained, there was no shower heater, and basic services like room cleaning and fresh towels were not provided during our stay.

AEThe break fast is good. The location is excellent for exploring vigan esp at night.
CAFirst, we enjoyed the location. We appreciated that we were not right in the centre of town with the bustle that goes along with that. In fact, we felt that the location gave us a feel for the Vigan that the residents inhabit. Secondly, we found the staff to be welcoming, friendly and helpful. We were grateful for the daily breakfast. We appreciated that we were asked how we wanted our choices prepared.
We expected that our room would be freshened up every day. As we spend more time in the Philippines what we're realizing is that we have to request a visit from 'housekeeping'. We didn't need the bed sheets to be changed daily nor did we need a towel change daily. We would have been grateful to have the room swept and garbage removed daily. This issue may simply be a cultural difference, we were unclear.
PHI like the location.. bed was comfortable and room was very clean .. pet friendly . For those who has Fur babies I definitely recommend to book their family room..
I understand that hot shower is not working yet , i hope it’ll be working soon ..
PHStaff were very polite and accommodating. Breakfast is ok. Bed is ok. Few meters away to Calle Crisologo.
No hot water, no shower as well. Broken faucet. Damaged sink. Electric kettle is available but no cups or mugs… but were provided when requested. Bathroom isn’t clean enough. (We ended up cleaning the dipper and basin ourselves). Location is quite fine but the street going to the accommodation is full of dogs barking while were crossing. (Lucky for us, a man helped us cross the street).
