The setting and neighborhood are lovely. The home was immaculate and thoughtfully furnished and appointed. It was extremely quiet and private. The hair dryer was also quite nice.

I didn't like that the access code did not work when I arrived (or ever), so my ability to get into the unit was delayed in the cold, dark & damp. I also was disappointed to find that the coffee maker was not the type (Keurig) that the owner represented when I specifically inquired about that particular amenity as I planned to purchase groceries in advance of my arrival. It turned out to be an espresso maker, not a single-serving coffee maker so the coffee K-cups I purchased were of no use. I also did not like not being able to adjust the temperature of the space independently. While the host offered to adjust it remotely and promptly did so on the single occasion I requested, I hesitated to contact the host more often to adjust and would have preferred that ability to do so myself. (For example, I prefer to sleep in a very cool room, but contacting the host late a night to lower the temperature seemed rude to me as well as a hassle.) In any case, that is an unfortunate downside to this particular location if you are temperature sensitive like I am.

조용하고 동네도 좋고 특히 실내 인테리어가 잘되어 있어서 내 집같이 편하게 잘지냈습니다.

집 자체는 walkout basement을 독립된 집처럼 renovation 한집이라 좀 퀘퀘한 냄새가 나지만 많이 신경쓰이지는 않았고, 좋은 점이 많은집이라 이런 단점도 묻혀버렸습니다.

Een zeer compleet apartement, keuken met alle apparatuur. Eigenaresse had aan alles gedacht.

Eigenlijk beviel alles. Zit wel in een kelder. Goed om vooraf te weten dat het uitzicht naar buiten beperkt is.

We very much liked location , cleanliness & communication with owner. This locale is in a quiet neighborhood with great views of water. there are shops nearby for coffee and groceries as well as restaurants and carry out. We felt at home but very much on vacation at Christine’s rental. This is a very high quality apartment under main house but is not a basement in any manner, windows and light in every room and I will add this is very allergy friendly as well with everything fresh and clean. We appreciated the high speed charging cable at desk - and the very nicely equipped kitchen . I noticed a high chair and portable crib in guest room closet / this would be a baby friendly unit. The driveway is steep but parking is level - remember this is seattle / there are hills. :-) Happy trails to everyone !

there is nothing we disliked !

The vacation home is located in safe neighborhood, and has all amenities that a nice retal house should have. The owner Christine was very kind and considerate. She was very responsive each time I needed her answer.

I was quite surprised and disappointed to see that the rental house was in fact a half undergrounded 1 floor unit, which I didn't expect at all. It would have been fair to mention this point at the moment of booking. Frankly speaking I didn't like its basementlike style.

The Redondo Beach home was perfect for our stay. We were in town for a wedding reception, and we had quick access to everywhere we needed to be, and amazing views of the bay as well! The house was very clean and had all the amenities we could need. The guests were very communicative and helpful.

The view of the bay was beautiful, so we grabbed a chair from inside or sat on the steps to sit outside and have our coffee. It might be nice if there were a couple of outdoor chairs available for folks wanting to spend more time outside.
