Good size house for the family

It wasn't as clean as expected, for the money paid it wasn't really worth it, double bed not comfortable, bathrooms need updating, tv wasn't tuned in or able to watch, the box with channels all in Spanish. Overall it was a little disappointing

Accomodation was clean. Very spacious for our party of 5 people. It was walking distance to beech,bars, restaurants and train station. Check in was easy.

One of the showers in one of the en-suits didn't work but there were two other showers that we were able to share.

Location was very good, close to restaurants (5mins away), train station (10 mins away) and busses. Bar and restaurant just outside the gates. A very good supermarket and Pharmacy only 2 minutes away. Beach 10 mins walk with many restaurants and bars, very good quality of service and food and reasonable (cheaper than in Fuengirola).. Complex very quiet at night. Townhouse was very clean, all A/C units were easily controllable, very spacious. Good outside seating area, Kitchen well equipped., the only item I think missing was a large jug for Sangria or similar.

These points need urgent consideration as they did affect our holiday. No light on the balcony. First floor shower almost unusable as head position could not be maintained. One hand had to be used to hold it so unable to wash effectively. Minimum toilet paper available on arrival (given the price paid this and other things appear to be "Penny-pinching", i.e. very little washing up liquid, coffee and tea etc. No towels for drying dishes. No shower mats when exiting showers, was very slippery and had to use hand towels. One of the upper bedrooms had no hanging space or storage drawers due to the space taken up by the laundry. No instructions left for things like TV (could not work this out), intruder alarm etc. There were only 2 sets of house keys, totally inadequate for 8 people. Only 1 fob for pool access and egress, again totally inadequate.

Large house fully equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday. We were a party of 9 and had lots of room for everyone. Lovely pool area which we really enjoyed.

Very Spacious & Comfortable Villa in a quiet safe location of Los Boliches

Lovely house in a great location.

There was no access to the pool due to a government order. However we were not informed of this until the evening before our arrival I feel we should have been informed of this earlier.
