Cosy Garden Accommodation, Private Hot Tub & Four Poster Bed

What an amazing little find! Wouldn't stay anywhere else now when in York. What was there not to like - from the warm & friendly greeting, welcome snacks, teas & coffees, lift into York, hot tub & comfy four poster bed. Frequent bus service into York just a few minutes walk away too. 5 stars all round & a huge thank you to Colette x

The flat is furnished beautifully, very cosy and homey. Very clean and comfortable. The hot tub was lovely at the end of the days. Collected was very hospitable and friendly and gave us a lift into York centre and gave us good recommendations for our stay. We have booked again already for August

We really felt like we hit the jackpot with our stay here. Colette is such a lovely host and communication was exceptional. The flat itself is stunning, beautifully decorated with a lot of character and so cosy that stepping inside for the first time felt like coming home. Sitting in the hot tub with my partner and watching the lights dance off the trees is a memory I'll treasure forever. Honestly can't rate the stay high enough, it was perfect.

Had a lovely 2nights,colette very welcoming .the apartment superb,decor,bed lovely,even down to little things,like milk,coffee ,nibbles been availablehome from home.hot tub fantastic, even in the rain.!Good place not far from York,we used the bus just outside the cul-de-sac, straight into York.a very enjoyable break.thankyou

Nothing not to like::apart from.not been able to stop longer

Colette was the perfect host and had catered for every possible need. The property was very clean, and really pretty. The garden was lovely, despite it being February. Colette lives upstairs and was extremely respectful, gave us our privacy, but we had a lovely chat over the weekend. It was also excellent value for money and we would stay there again.

The property is on the edge of a housing estate next to a busy road, so even though it was well-hidden with planting, if you're not used to it, the sound from the road could be a little intrusive. However, the nearest Park & Ride into town was less than a 5 minute drive away so we had a stress-free day in York.

Great little place to stay. Everything you need in a good location away from the crowds but easy access into York City centre
