Lovely 4-bed House in Walmley

Everything was neat and tidy

Absolutely nothing

No hot water, no heating, the boiler was broken and exhibited 3 warning codes. The kitchen was grim, oil spilt all over and inside the drawers, no knives except one hidden in the sofa. No wifi code, no code sent for the lockbox, we had to repeatedly text for this as no one answered the phone. It hadn't been cleaned in months, one of us had shorts on and could feel spider webs on his legs as he went through the doors. No wifi code. no TV remote. I could go on. I tried resolving with booking.com, you can only talk to an AI chat bot, and the messaging system is also AI. 4 years i've used this app, never again. They listed this as rented by a private host, he is not, it is a "private" business.

The back lawn could have been cut and tidy as it was so long not able to go into garden , to much rubbish/ canisters outside the back door not a good advert.

Everything! Absolutely shocking we left a day early as we were so uncomfortable!

I was outside waiting for the lock box code for well over an hour. Ignored my calls and emails for over an hour. I had my child with me too it just isn’t on and for the amount of money I expected better services

We wanted a place where we could be nearby to our family home, but be on our own. My husband had a lot of business meetings to attend on-line. When we arrived the back gate was wide open and there was alot of rubbish outside the back door. If you are staying here please be aware that: there is no washing machine, iron or ironing board there are only 6 coat hangers in the whole house bring your own salt & pepper there are only 3 mugs for coffee no corkscrew bring your own toilet paper and toiletries the bath towels are small the shower curtain might not be clean none of the sinks have plugs,

the wifi is unsecured, the password provided doesn't work and there is no terrestrial tv the phone signal is very poor - you can sit in the garden, many blinds were broken, we were very lucky that neither of us sat at the dining table as one of the chairs is broken. We tried to raise these issues with the landlord but our emails and messages weren't answered. This wasn't a lovely home to us, it was very grubby and dirty.

There were wires hanging out the wall with nails and screws point out with a baby this just was not good. There was a stale smell of water in kitchen and the radiator didn’t work in there

We were unable to get in and no reply from owner, ended up having to book 4 very expensive rooms in Birmingham. Still no contact with owner. All in all a nightmare! A very expensive nightmare.

We weren’t able to get in no code sent for lock box and no reply to msgs and phone calls.
