All the details and photos shown by host are not compatible for what a standard room/stay should be. For the next traveller/customer, pls read my comments before you consider this studio appartment. If you think you can tolerate with, please go ahead. I will list out one by one. 1)The first room I get at level 23 room 11. It was a total mess! The first thing I cannot tolerate is the strong cigarette smell which caused us feel dizziness. This is totally NOT acceptable! I checked the details saying that this is smoke free area only I consider. Besides, the room is not clean. From outside, got rubbish at the door entrance. Inside room, a lot of dusty sites, the standing fan is very dusty and disgusting! Living room already like that, I can't imagine the toilet. So, I called the person in charge shahril ( who WhatsApp me about the room reservation). He didn't pick up the call. He only send me a simple message, asked me to go down to get another room key from the mailbox. Okay, fine. I gave him a second chance. 2) The second room is at level 30 room6. Okay, there is still got some mild cigarette smell, but I can acceptable, at least we don't feel dizzy. But all the facilities provided are non-sense. The room light is very dim. The television is not working. The hairdryer is the most funniest, it cannot plug in! It plug pin is not fit/ compatible with Malaysia socket. It must be foreign country product and probably Taiwan because I know Taiwan is using that kind of two pin plug. And, no universal adaptor provided! Again, the person in charge is not responsible. He said he is outside, will update me again later. I waited for more than 4 hours , until our hair already dried also no reply. If you can tolerate with this kind of service pls go ahead. The toilet is terrible!! The space is small and there is sharp edges which my foot get cut , luckily not bleeding. If not, I need to get anti- tetanus to secure my life. The bed also another problem.

maybe the host. we already inform to extend check out time and pay for the extra charge but then the cleaner came to unlock the door when we were sleeping inside. the host didn’t deliver. the information nicely to the staff.

The toilet smelly. The room like “bangla” hostel.
MYMYMYThe place is near our apartment. Walking distance only takes 15 mins.
The pipe leaking in the toilet when you open the valve. Towels not very clean & smelly. Water patches all over the place, peel off paint every where. Cabinet in the toilet full of used plastic bottles. The hot water system not functioning, water temperature cannot be adjusted. Items in the room were left here & there.

Need improvement for the cleanliness and maintenance.
