GBLovely apartment, good location and safe parking. Stylish decor and very clean. I liked the layout as the sofa-bed was in the living area but was off the hallway with a separate door, making it a convenient second bedroom. Very comfortable beds. We didn’t really use the kitchen but there were good facilities. Shower was good with great temperature. Housekeeper met us at the arranged time, making checking in really easy.
Windows were next to a side road, so we were unlucky that early in the morning a lorry woke us parked but with engine on.

GBGBThe location of the apartment was brilliant for travelling by train to Oxford and a night at the theatre. The heating was on when we arrived so it felt nice and cosy and we were welcomed by someone who let us in and handed over the keys. The accommodation is smart, modern, nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable. We would definitely book again and have recommended it to friends and family.
The fridge door didn't stay shut properly. This didn't inconvenience us at all (only stayed 1 night) but I was concerned about the wasted electricity that this would be causing the owner. The sofa isn't particularly comfortable but again not an issue as we were out for the evening. It would have been a nice touch to have fresh milk left for us in the fridge as some properties do this, plus white sugar & sweetener (there was only brown) would have been helpful.

I had an issue with the hot water. The shower ran cold after just a few minutes and there was no hot water in the kitchen. Had to boil the kettle to wash up and have a cold shower
