This guest house was exceptionally clean with immaculate decor own entrance door separate bathroom and wc had use of full size fridge with fresh milk tea and coffee facilities I have to say the hosts sue and malcolm were so friendly and welcoming and very knowledgeable about local places to visit and things to do and see restaurant etc breakfast was a good selection of continental items also a bonus was able to park outside with only a 5-10minute walk into town

Sue and Malcolm were excellent hosts. Lots of useful local information and great conversation over a wonderful breakfast. The views from breakfast are amazing over the harbour. Only a short walk from the old town centre and harbour, and independent access to your own very clean and comfortable space. A most delightful stay.

Very beautiful clean home and great care for guest privacy and comfort. The hosts Sue & Malcolm are very welcoming and accommodating to their guest needs and the property is beautiful with a great location. They helped us with great advise on how to spend our time and plan our day to visit the best locations and make the most of our time. Thankyou both.

Another trip to beautiful Mevagissey and Polkirt Heights. Accommodation is excellent as is the location, just 5-10 minutes walk to the harbour. Breakfast is really good with parking outside of the property. Our hosts Malc and Sue are brilliant and nothing is too much trouble for them and they will do whatever it takes to enhance your stay.
