La Belle Maison 12 @ Gurney Kelawai/Pulau Tikus/Georgetown

We had a wonderful stay at La Belle! So many good things about this place: - great location, lots of food options nearby, easy access to the centre and other attractions - very clean, spacious, everything seems very new - powerful aircon and fans - super friendly host who will be happy to help you 😊 also very responsive - fast wifi, suitable for remote work with calls - amenities: filtered water, washing machine, everything you might need

The living is really nice and comfortable

The shared bathroom could be clean every days. Add toilette paper also every day.

The room is big and comfy just like what has shown in the picture. Basically provided everything you need to stay. Highly recommended if you do not need hotel services.

The lock of room could be upgraded, sometimes will jam a bit but won’t bother me cos it’s still functioning.

Everything was great. The location is very strategic like 5 minutes walking to Gurney Plaza. I would consider Gurney to be the best spot to stay in Penang so far. The house was super nice, everything was new and squeaky clean with very good facilities and amenities, also the rooms and bathrooms. Kelly was a great host, she made sure everything worked well and made us feel like home. Would definitely stay here again when I visit Penang next time.
