I loved the fireplace inside and that we could use it in the cold weather we had. The host checked in to see if we were warm enough and if we wanted some more blankets or heaters.

From the moment we walked in we realised we have found a gem! What a beautiful house this is, the decor is carefully thought out and blends so well together. The house was extremely clean, the linen, the towels, all impeccably clean. The beds were so comfy! The kitchen was fully equipped, the personal touch of coffee, chocolates and rusks left for us by the host was a heart warming welcome to the property. Overall, I would rate our stay a 10/10, there is absolutely nothing I can complain about.

Lock up and go, very comfortable and cost and well equipped with everything you need. Perfect location for Southern Suburb activities and V&A Waterfront/ Table Mountain etc.

Jo & James as i reffered them. Jo vert very friendly person, she checked on us before we arrived, upon arrival i was struggling to open but i call her and she answered my call, and she took me through til i open, she is so patient and vert friendly and 24 hours available on her phone. And she helped us with getting TV right. The place: Very safe Very clean Vert homey and comfortable. Everything you need in a house was there This is the most private place i have ever been. I am 110% recommending this place. Safe streets, close to shops close to garage I am definately coming back next year and i will speak to Jo directly, what a friendly late. Me and my partner had best stay, my brother and his wife had fabulous time ever .. Thank you so much

Cleanliness, centrality of location, very quiet neighbourhood, house design suits families or small groups, very good WiFi, Jo & James are very helpful when one needs assistance, some very good restaurants nearby (walking distance) such as the Avenues. I have stayed in many places using Booking.com and Air BnB but never found a gem like this place. It is also super well stocked in terms of utensils. My family wants us to stay here if ever we visit Cape Town in the future.Many thanks and great APPRECIATION for hosting us, Jo & James.
