loved the neighborhood, the house, the pool was awesome and we were always alone in the pool despite having neighbors.

No accesible beach nearby or supermarkets, had to go by car.

Lovely huge well kept apartment located in a quite nice area overlooking the golf course. We were personally welcomed by Isabel our friendly host who explained everything about the place and property. We asked for a late check out and she immediately replied and let us stay until 1 pm. The building has a huge pool which was an add on. Easy parking for free; you need a car to get to the different beaches; This place is great for golf players which we weren’t but definitely great location for golf.

The assistance of the staff was invaluable - Isabel was very kind, helpful and spoke excellent English. In the apartment all the equipment necessary to function (only a screen for the beach was missing). The apartment very large, for our family of 4 fully sufficient. Apartment on a gated property, so car safe. Parking space available and free of charge. Only 5 minutes by car to ocean. And huge golf area around. Quiet location, rather for the elderly.

Pictures from apartment I was given is not presented on Booking! I dislike the design of apartment - it was oldish, I prefer modern style. There was a musty smell in the apartment. It is not aired too often. In addition, it is dark in the living room, rather depressing. I also have the impression, unfortunately, that there were moths (I don't know if food moths or others). In addition, something at night bit my children at night. This is not a location for families with active and noisy children. I felt uncomfortable at the pool when my children were too loud. I had to shush them so the rest of the older people wouldn't be angry.

Very nice and comfortable appartment, first floor. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 social toilets. Very well equipped kitchen and large living room. Big shared pool with other occupants. Parking not private but easy to find a place.

Mold under the floor, wet walls in the bathroom and hallway, heavy smell, could not sleep in one of the bedrooms after a few days

I enjoyed my vacation very much. It was a very spacious apartment which was fully complete, nothing was lacking. It felt homey. The pool was a delight and spacious, literally a 5 min walk to the beach. The support from the organization was top notch. Mrs. Silva was incredibly friendly and helpful. I could go with all my questions. She also provided extra support with regard to changes in the situation of guests. We have booked for 3 people but the stay is more than enough for 4 to 5 people. And.... not to forget the terrace, absolutely great. Spacious including bbq.

Only point there a rental car is a must there aren't shops or stores nearby. Within 20 to 30 minutes you have nice restaurants.
