Location was perfect, staff were very friendly

DSTV was not paid for so was not working. Iron was broken.

The apartment looks like the pictures. I like the brown touch. It is clean and comfortable. The host was welcoming and gave me the right directions for check in. He was also virtually available to assist me the entire duration of my stay.

The TV seems to be hanging. I could barely navigate it. It did not have Netflix for visitors too. The bathroom floor needs a mat for someone to wipe their feet when they are out of the bathroom. It was always wet due to no mat.

The apartment itself was fine. Everything was as advertised but they obviously don’t host short stays often or well. First the address is wrong and even after calling the host we had to stop and ask 2 taxi drivers for the correct location. Check in is confusing and cumbersome and required several phone calls to the host. When I finally found my way to the room I had to yet again wait for someone to come up and open the key lockbox to let me in. After all that it would have been nice to have a single bottle of water in the room as the closest place to get one is a 15 minute walk. I would not recommend for a single night stay.
