Plenty of room and nice apartment

Property was very cheap and well worth the money comfortable beds and quite area

Pool area was a little run down , sun loungers uncomfortable. A Spanish man complained as the kids were having fun and being too loud!

Just perfect. Can't wait to go back

Nice moder accommodation

There was only one set of keys. Which was a real pain and a bit of a treck into the main area

The villa was lovely, spacious, and clean. We really liked that there was a gate on the garden so the children could play freely. The pool was really large with a smaller pool for children, although both were freezing, so we didn't use them much. There is a beautiful promenade by the sea just outside the villa, which is car free and brings you into the centre of Costa Teguise

The pool bar was not open, the microwave didn't work and wasn't fixed during our stay, even when we said it to the owner. Given that we had two young children, this was a big inconvenience. The entrance to the resort is padlocked, so only the side entrance is used. While this didn't affect our stay, it didn't leave us with a good first impression. The villa is also a 20-minute walk from the centre and beach with access to the sea

Luna was there to meet us with the keys, very friendly. The location was good for us, across from the beach and about 10/15 min walk to Costa Teguise. The complex is very safe as it’s gated. Good choice of food shopping, eateries & bars near by.

The villa was a little run down. The bathroom door had no latch and no lock…no privacy, a cupboard door was hanging off. On arrival Playa Roca looks ‘closed’ so don’t be put off. Nowhere in the bathroom to hang towels. The shower struggled to drain away. The pillows were quite old and poor quality. The terrace was very small, not comfortable to eat. The sun beds were very uncomfortable, plastic and no padding so we had to go elsewhere, which is fine if you love the beach. The villa wasn’t as clean as I expected but that could be due to our arrival time? Having said this we didn’t want to bother our host as it was Christmas.

Great apartment with terrace area and well equipped kitchen. Fab pool and 2 mins walk to coastal path. Great communication with Luna who was very helpful and friendly.

There is a bus stop outisde the apartment which is great but we could never work out when the bus was due and after waiting 25 mins one day, one came along but we weren't allowed on because we didn't have masks so make sure you have a mask if you'd like to catch the bus :)
