"Unclean, tired and rude staff - ruined our holiday"

The property had the potential to be very good, but false advertising in the way of photos when new, completely threw us off - the place was very tired with multiple damages and very unclean.

The property was tired and wasn’t clean, the sofa was a whole new shade of dirt, the pool was dirty and the staff were extremely rude - did not rectify any of these errors which lead us to cancel
