LAD Apartment & Homestay Hải Phòng - Hoàng Huy Grand Tower

The apartment was within walking distance of the train station, the park and local facilities. The two bedrooms apartment suited our family’s stay and had a well stocked shop and coffee house close by that was great for supplies.

The apartment wasn’t as clean as it should have been. Dirty toothbrush glass left out in the bathroom, surface dust everywhere, drinking glasses were dirty and greasy. I appreciate these all seem little, yet added together it quickly formed our impression of the apartment. Broken air con unit in a bedroom. The apartment was advertised with breakfast included yet we were inform that this had stopped when we met the landlord. We tried to use the swimming pool but were informed that it had to be booked and paid for via our landlord which all seemed a faff on.

The owner is very friendly and enthusiasm! She supported us during our stay a lot. Even when there were unfortunate problems, she willingly helped and offered us many solution. The rooms are GORGEOUS. The price is amazingly cheap. I couldn't ask for more. There are projectors for us too among other cool supplies. Best homestay and best owner I've ever seen.

The apartment is excellent. If you are considering, definitely book! Everything was clean, the host was easily contacted and responded quickly.
