"Great stay with the family"

Great location, quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean. My kids have lots of fun in the pool. Easy to communicate with the owner and they were flexible to change our date of arrival.

Overall, the house was awesome. Clean, spacious for four adults. The pool is nice! The host is great- very responsive! When we first arrived front bathroom lights wouldn’t work, he came over immediately and fixed the situation. No other issues during our 4 night stay. Also, if you aren’t familiar with Vegas…. This is pretty far (about 15 min ) from strip in a quiet neighborhood - we liked it… Uber/ Lyft easy to use!

Bed number 2 is not very comfortable. Bed number 3 is two twins (daybed, trundle) not full sized beds. Overall the environment was decent though!

Great value, the one-story house is very spacious! The pool is pretty big and deep, and the hot tub is amazing also ! Super clean! We will come back soon !

"Great house WITH POOL located conviently between tournament softball fields."

Close to both majestic park and west flamingo. 4 beds in 3 bedrooms to fit my family. The pool was perfect for over 100• weather. Garage was available for parking and very convenient with garage door opener. Owner worked magic to get us into the home after a quick turnover between guests.

It didn’t apply to me due to the hot weather but owner has a message that to heat the pool or hot-tub you must pay an additional fee.

I love the fact that the host was always on call. I had a delay in my flight and didn't make it until late evening. I wasn't able to unlock the smart lock, and I called her without hesitation she came. The neighborhood is quiet and very friendly. I will highly recommend this location. Next time I go on vacation, I will always check to see if there is any availability for this property or see if she has any other.

The only thing I didn't like was that I didn't know about the prepayment of the hot tub at the time of booking. I didn't see until I got there. Funds were low, so I wasn't able to control it. But she worked with me no matter what time I texted her and asked if she could turn it on, and she did. I just have to remember next time to bring a little extra cash so I wouldn't have to disturb her. And also the amount paid it will be refunded after leaving.

I truly love the prompt response of the owner, my children loved the swimming pool, and the hot jacuzzi!
