"quite central, fully equipped, rather small for two persons"

place is central fully equipped with utensils owner communicate fast
some cobwebs and spiders around the corners and fridge is next to bed so can be noisy at night. place is quite small for a small studio flat. for a couple of days is fine.

Close to the centre of the town. Very clean and private.
No air conditioning per say. Just one cooler with water and a fan which in summer is not sufficient at all considering that the place is kind of an attic. If you open the window during night time mosquitos will invade you as there is no insect net at the window.

Location was great ,specially if arriving by train. Mattress was comfortable. The place is very small so it could be challenging for someone. All was Spotless .
Bathroom is very small so not everyone could fit.

Host: very organised,friendly and efficient. Everything was spotless and the apartment has got everything you need. Location is perfect as very close to the Porta Nuova train station but also very safe. Easy to access. The only thing (which didn't create any problems to us) is that the bathroom is very very small so it could challenging for someone. I would definitely recommend it.
