Beautiful little apartment with perfect location. Perfect communication with the owner.

The windows do not close properly so you hear all the noise from outside.

Great location, you can easily access the main attractions. The studio is equiped with all the needs and it was clean.

Because of its great location it is very noisy and you can hear all the cars on the main road because the doors from the balcony are not isolated. If you come on sunday the private parking of the studio is closed so you need to let the owner know that you come with a car, the fee is like 20€ per day and it's very crowded, anyway you should search for a better private parking, the owner provided us with the locations for some other parking If you stay on hot days during the night you cannot let the doors open because it's noisy outside and the AC is located upside the bed and the cool air hits you right in the head. We had a disconfort with the bathroom because of some reasons: it was very small. if you want to have a hot shower you are suppose to switch some buttons from the main pannel to power it on and after you finish don't forget to switch them back off, the hot water lasts for like 20 minutes. The water pressure of the WC is very low and you have to use a basin to fill it with water from the tub and pour it back in the toilette which to be onest is not very 2023. The towels were washed but they didn't leave the impression that they were clean. The ratio price/accomodation is not ok.

the place was very good location, its In the heart of the city you can walk almost everywhere and most important is they have a parking next door cost you 20euro but super convenient.

Clean and spacious apartment. Kitchen is fully equipped. Private parking in the same building and they can wash your car. You have another parking, 350 m by foot with DC/AC chargers.

Excellent studio in the center of Thessaloniki, value for money. The studio is nicely decorated and very clean. Cold water was waiting for us in the fridge, and in the kitchen various necessities from coffee to spices and oil. I think the apartment is extremely convenient for couples, because it is in an attractive location and is an excellent base for visiting the city. It is also suitable for families, especially for a short stay, like ours. There is a garage in the building itself (paid extra), which turned out to be a big advantage for us. I would especially like to praise the kindness of the owners, who met us and waited for us even though we arrived in the middle of the night due to unforeseen circumstances. Not only did they allow us to enter the accommodation, but they also provided us with parking.
