Deluxe 3 Bed Flat with garden

Had everything we needed for the trip & good location for where we needed at a good price

Property needs a thorough clean throughout & en-suite drainage needs to be sorted to the shower as it doesn’t drain away quick enough so floor into bedroom gets wet & you can smell the dampness/mould to the room. Can also smell mould to the main bathroom due to around bath not being sealed

Everything was amazing! Location was great, comfortable beds and our hosts were in contact with us throughout if we needed them.

Nothing to dislike.

The location and apt size. A lot of potential

The flat was not cleaned properly, the fridge was unclean we found crumbs and a hair in it, there was dirt and cobwebs on the window ledges (see photo), the second shower had no curtain and therefore, flooded the floor, the mattresses I found very uncomfortable, there was a scent of dampness in the apt, the stairwell leading down to the apt was filthy.

For only two persons, the property is very spacious. Upon our arrival, we asked the host for some additional facilities and the host was very responsive and polite. Our five week stay has been very pleasant and we looked after the property as if it was our own. We mentioned a few minor areas for improvement at the end of our stay for the benefit of future guests; given the professional attitude of the host, we are sure the property would become even better for the next guest.

The communal areas could be checked more regularly. We could not get the regular TV channels like BBC1 and 2. The grass in the private garden could be mowed in a timely manner.

Location was great, right opposite Victoria Park which the kids loved and close to grocery shopping.

Air conditioning

the location is very nice, as Finchley has much to offer.

the potential for this property is huge, and the landlord seems very nice. However, there is just so much lacking that I can not give a high score. the outdoor space has no outdoor furniture and the grass was about 1 feet high. cigarette buds lined the grass. the sliding doors of the bedroom had no keys and could not open, so we could not ventilate. no clothes hangers etc. etc. the tv is small and has no channels. there is no coffee machine at all. As for now it is not a deluxe property at all, but it can become so.

it was modern, it had good access to local facilities. It was clean.
