The property was beautiful, so much better than the photos which didn't do it justice. Great location and all so authentic. Very clean and really well equipped, had everything we needed. Just stunning! The hot tub was an added bonus. The host was so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. She even arranged for some Prosecco in the fridge as it was daughter's special birthday which was such a lovely touch. Perfect location to so many cafes, restaurants and bars. The two restaurants they own were also lovely and had discount. Everything was just perfect and would 100% return. If I could give it more than 10, I would! If you are visiting, you will love it.

Location was great, very central and in easy reach of shops and restaurants & the apartment was very spacious, the rooftop terrace was an added bonus.

Unfortunately there were a number of issues with the apartment: The dishwasher was full of mouldy dishes & cutlery and the smell was disgusting. This also meant that there was not enough crockery or plates for the 4 of us to use while we were staying there. This meant we had no choice but to go out to eat rather than being able to use the kitchen facilities as we had planned. The hot tub on the rooftop terrace was out of use and was dirty, full of rubbish & water. The WIFI code didn't work The toaster was broken. There was a broken pane of glass in one of the external doors, which had not been covered or taped so could easily have shattered at any time. These issues were disappointing given the cost of the apartment. I have let the hosts know of the issues but there has been no offer of any compensation payment, which I would have expected as a gesture of goodwill. I hope they will fix these issues for future guests.

Spacious. Clean. Modern. Good location. Very central.

The bathroom, shower has a leak and it wouldn’t heat up at first. Had to run all cold water taps to get hot shower.

The place was tidy and reasonably clean. It is very central and close to main transport routs and shops. The facilities in general were good, new and clean and the beds were nice and firm. If we needed to travel to Manchester for a short business stay it would still be a good option.

The "free Netflix" didn't work and we had to load a family member's Netflix on to be able to watch. Several other channels worked though. The spa bath was empty and dirty. (probably because it was winter). The bathroom could do with a little bit of a face lift and a bit of grouting to the tiles, but wasn't too bad. We were not warned that we would need to pay a £100 deposit on Booking.com and only got it back a week later when I insisted they do so.
